4 January: Sunday charblespoofner.
Three sips into my first cup of coffee I had to poo. The poo just never stops. Right? Poo, poo, poo. These are chunklets--better than yesterday's poo. This was a substantial, beefy poo. Very satisfying. That's it. You can go now.

3 January: Saturday chorminphlooger.
Woke up and had to poo after 2 sips of coffee. (Then had to poo an hour and a half later. So much for pooing once a day.) Plorpy poo. Spotted poo--always fun! Here's hoping that everybody is having a great start to the new year.

2 January: Friday gloafchunion.
Dropped this splort shortly after waking. Definitely a splort. Or a sploggin. No big logs in a while. Eating enough gut-beneficial bacteria has taken a bad seat to eating WHATEVER during the holidays. That'll change. I resolute on it!

1 January: New Year's Day flogchumny.
Started the new year off with a poo! Best way to do it! These are some healthy loaflets. Not a bad looking poo. And you guessed it--my new year's resolution is to eat more foods containing gut-beneficial bacteria. The big three--yogurt, kefir and kimchee.
