Saturday poo meme.

24 January: Saturday polperskeeb.

Not a bad looking poo. Came halfway through my second cup of coffee. Solid, meaty logs. This works. Thought I had to poo again after lunch but it turned into a long, drawn out fart. Good, because I didn't want to have to wipe again. Good poo day. We're expecting a big snowstorm tonight so I'll be doing comfort food all this weekend. Very little bacteria. So, poo tomorrow will likely be soft. Gotta do what you gotta do.

23 January: Friday horfengorpner.

This was kind of a different poo. Not quite soft, not hard. Definitely as glork. Still trying to get more beneficial bacteria into my gut. Trying. Meh. Will do better. But still pooing. Never stop pooing.

Woke up late this morning, and pooed about an hour after waking. Meh. Not an impressive poo. Chunky with a comma on top. They can't all be winners, right?

21 January: Wednesday chopplegroob.

Crapped as soon as I woke up. This poo was persistent! Big, fat dumper log. I ate yogurt and drank kefir the day before. Maybe bouncing back from the disastrous Monday. Bunghole isn't as sore. This was a hefty load. Took two flushes to get it gone. Kind of greenish, with flashes of orange. Maybe? Anyway, it's poo. That's all I got.

20 January: Thursday droldumphen.

So, Monday was a bad day. I crapped four times and my bunghole was on fire. Have no idea why--something iritated my digestive system. (I didn't eat any yogurt or kefir over the weekend.) But there was still enough to crap Tuesday. You can see corn at the top and corn poo is always fun. Corn from the previous evening's quinoa and chicken bowl. There you go. Just a plorp the day after I shit my brains out.

19 January: Monday plunkdrymer.

This load got me out of bed. I'm laying in bed, thinking about getting up, and thinking I have to pee. Then it wasn't just pee, it was poo. And then I really had to poo. Used the upstairs toilet--weird. Not an impressive poo. Glorky. Started drinking kefir again, so I'm hoping for more should poo. Have to start the kimchee again. Keep your fingers crossed.

18 January: Sunday olmchoudrygrom.

Didn't take very long for me to blorp this out after waking. Haven't been eating the good foods so my stool has been soft. I need to commit to yogurt and kefir every day. This wasn't an exciting poo but it was PUNGENT! So, it had that going for it. Kind of, glommy, maybe? Going to get my first glass of kefir of the week now!

Saturday poo meme.

17 January: Saturday double mordglehood.

Didn't poo on Friday--had minor surgery so I couldn't eat or drink anything into after the procedure, which ended up being about 3 pm, and I didn't poo that day. This morning's contribution was a LOAD. Maybe a little more log-like because I did eat yogurt and blueberries the day before. And you can see corn from the leftover taco stew I ate Thursday. Corn poo is always fun. Still, a lot going on in this dumpload. 

Second poo came a couple of hours later. It was a heftier load than I anticipated. Not too bad for a second poo.

15 January: Thursday glombfrejoinle.

Get ready for--red poo! Well, red on the bottom, now greenish on top. PUNGENT. Kind of stickley and raggedy. Bi-colored and pungent in the same poo is double the fun! Seriously, kind of a cool looking poo but not a particularly good poo pic.

14 January: Wednesday broinclunchming.

Big fat, orange, pungent pile of poo. This was a LOAD. I could tell this was a serious phlort as I squeezed it out of my bunghole. And you can tell I ate corn (in the form of taco soup) the day before because you can see the corn! Corn poo is always fun. I'll bet we see it again tomorrow!

13 January: Tuesday jumsquoible.

Big fat blather of orange poo. Very pungent. Just a pile of phlat. Ooey and gooey. Very soft and bloofy texture. Another pile of poo. Good poo pic.

12 January: Monday bliverspeeney.

Beginning of the work week dumper. Kind of a choggle and a blord. Started off as a log, and ended as a sploogle. Brown and grunchy. Not a bad looking poo. There you go.

11 January: Sunday ploochjunket.

This poo didn't wake me up, but it made its intentions known soon after I got up. This poo was a little harder so I had to push it out. Unusual for me--i normally just flex my bunghole a bit and the turd florps out. Today I had to push. And it's a beefy load. Good effort, guys poo pic. Cause that's what you're here for!

10 January: Saturday choogabrapney.

A couple of solid loaves and a chunklet. Beefy poo, bi-colored, which is always fun. Chunklet at the top is also bi-colored. Solid poo, good poo pic. You're welcome.

9 January: Friday qwoirchimple.

This was a beefy load to finish out the work week. I knew this was a load as a squeezed it out of my bunghole. Kind of soft-serve in consistency. That's it. That's all I have to say in this matter.

This poo was chunkier than they've been in a whole. Chunkier and blorpier. Not a bad looking poo. That's it.

7 January: Wednesday plimcofornion.

This was a beefier poo, a poo that looks folded. Mostly uniform in color and texture. Good color, good volume. This works as a mid-week poo.

6 January: Tuesday chogblumpet.

A less substantial poo. A little stringy, a little fibery... definitely glunchy. A see little specks of red.... Have no idea what those are from. Not a terrific looking poo, but not a bad effort. There you go

Started the work week off with a blovin. Still trying to get back on the bacteria diet. During the holidays that diet took a bit. And my poos reflect that. Plorps versus logs. This poo was--a plorp. Not impressive. Kind of bulging and gludging. What can I say? Eat more yogurt!

3 January: Saturday chorminphlooger.

Woke up and had to poo after 2 sips of coffee. (Then had to poo an hour and a half later. So much for pooing once a day.) Plorpy poo. Spotted poo--always fun! Here's hoping that everybody is having a great start to the new year.

Dropped this splort shortly after waking. Definitely a splort. Or a sploggin. No big logs in a while. Eating enough gut-beneficial bacteria has taken a bad seat to eating WHATEVER during the holidays. That'll change. I resolute on it!

Started the new year off with a poo! Best way to do it! These are some healthy loaflets. Not a bad looking poo. And you guessed it--my new year's resolution is to eat more foods containing gut-beneficial bacteria. The big three--yogurt, kefir and kimchee.
