30 June: Monday glaiverchintz.

Crapped twice yesterday and twice Saturday, so, that was a change from the previous three days when I only crapped once daily. So, this was a small load. Meh. They can't all be winners, right? Not an exciting pic, but still poo, right?

29 June: Sunday double horborzweeb.

Woke up this morning, had a cup of coffee and had to poo! Shocker! Nice, big, fat load. Orangish, but not so pungent. Traffic to the blog is WAY up. I had 3400+ page views yesterday. Mostly from Brazil. I'm not sure why. If any of my readers from Brazil could let me know why I have so many visitors from Brazil, I'd appreciate it. 

Second load came at 7 pm, after running around all day. Just okay. Still poo. Still pooing. The poo just never stops

Saturday poo meme.

28 June: Saturday double plaggenjimpty.

Big, fat Saturday morning dump load. Beefy and creamy and BIG. Only pooed once Friday so I was expecting a load. And I got it. Always nice to drop a serious load. Feels like I accomplished something. Second load have am hour and a half after tacos for lunch. Not as big as the morning load, but still respectable. You're welcome.

Another plop of poo. Not a turd, not a lot, but a plop. Mostly solid but squishy. A florpit of poo. Light colored and pungent. Okay poo, good poo pic.

This poo is definitely grunchy. Mealy and gorchy. Yep, I said it. Gorchy. Is that a made up word? Probably. But I make up a lot of words in this blog. Because it's my blog. Still on the poo first thing in the morning schedule, with a liquid shit coming about an hour later. And then no poo the rest of the day. Which is good. Can't stand feeling like I can't leave the house for fear of having to poo. So we're at a good place.

22 June: Sunday korschwumble.

This poo got me out of bed. As a matter of fact, I didn't get dressed, didn't take my mouthpiece out. Just went into the guest bedroom and let fly. It was that urgent. You can tell by the lighting that this isn't my normal bathroom. This was a VERY pungent poo. Not as impressive as yesterday's poo. But, still poo.

19 June: Thursday double skumpblumper.

Thursday pile of poo. Plop of poo. Plorp of poo. Gollop of poo. Orange and STINKY. Too bad my readers can't take in the stink. This was gloppy and soupy. And, there's CORN! Corn poo! Always fun! I had TWO corn-on-the-cobs last night. And my readers are rewarded with chem poo. You're welcome. 

Second poo came two hours after the first. And you can really see the corn. Lots 'o corn. There you go.

18 June: Wednesday yooglespimmit.

Woke up this morning and immediately pooed. Cool poo. Loaf poo. Bi-colored poo. Always fun. So far, no second, liquid poo. But after the bean and rice burrito I just ate, I'm sure it's coming. The pooing just never stops. Although, I guess that's a good thing. If we didn't poo, we'd blow up like balloons. Here's to but being a poo balloon!

17 June: Tuesday morphsplunket.

Interesting little poo loaf with a nugget at the top. You can see on the left side, in the middle, that the poo under the water is a different color than the poo above the water. Interesting how the water can distort the color. Cool! Poo never fails to amaze! Poo is fun!

16 June: Monday plarblegafunchle.

Silly little plop of poo. I waited for five minutes, sitting on the toilet, and was rewarded with a second liquid poo (with farts). And I didn't drop another liquid shart an hour later. The poo was unexciting. Pungent, but otherwise unremarkable. There you go: win/lose?

Dropped a big fat load to start off the week. Still pooing twice a day--first thing in the morning, and then a smaller liquid load about an hour later. Then I'm good for the day. This was a pretty substantial loaf. Deep brown and glorky. It works.

14 June: Saturday kwaisplimpter.

Dropped this poo not long after walking. This was a beefy poo. Some pretty strong loaflets. Good to go. There was a lot of wiping. Gotta keep the old bunghole clean. As much as I've been pooing, that's a full time job. Good poo pic. We're still working.

Friday the 13th poo. Another very pungent poo. But, I only pooed twice: this poo and another 45 minutes later. And no more poo for the day. A good day. This poo was compact and gloigy. Good poo pic. There you go.

Just a pollup of poo. Still pooing several times a day. But not as bad as it was. One main blorp in the morning, followed by a liquid blort an hour later. This smopple was not exciting. But it was VERY pungent. So, there's that. Orangish means pungent. But that's poo. It's what it does.

11 June; Wednesday chobleskumpkin.

Been pooing a lot lately. 2, 3 times a day. So back to doing a wiping. So a brief blip of normalcy after the colonoscopy. Ugh. I guess I'm just going to have to get used to it. Colonoscopy came back clean, the gastro doc doesn't seem to think it's a problem, so I guess it is what it is. This poo was just okay. Kind of light and fluffy. Meh. Poo is poo.

10 June: Tuesday horpalglumpty.

Another load hits the water! Bi-colored poo, always fun! Kind of an understated poo. Not trying to make an impression, just wants to be poo. I flushed it so it could be poo in the municipal waste treatment system. Eventually back to nature! What else could a poo want?

8 June: Sunday hobluncher.

This load got me out of bed this morning. I wanted to sleep later than I normally do, "sleeping in" as we say in the US, but my plans were foiled. I had to poo. The poo wants what the poo wants. When you gotta go, you gotta go. I was half asleep when I dropped it, but it felt like a load coming out. Not a bad looking poo. Big. Beefy.. And PUNGENT. Had some cool food at a graduation party, so, there you go. Good poo pic.

Not really a problem I have but...

7 June: Saturday hampjurdle.

This poo got me out of bed. It was quite insistent. Felt a lot bigger squeezing out of my bunghole than it turned out in the picture. Oh well. I crapped three times yesterday, so this morning's poo wasn't going to be gigantic. This poo isn't spectacular, but still poo. Chunky and funky. And blorby. Blorby is good.

This poo waited a while to come out. Shy I guess? As normal as poo can be, I guess. Chunky and funky. I ended up pooing three times Friday. A change from Tuesday to Thursday when I only pooed once daily. Back to normal after the colonoscopy. Normal, normal?

5 June: Thursday plunchspurger.

Big, fat dumpload. This was a lot of poo. I'm a big believer that there's no "normal" poo, but I will admit it's nice to see a big fat log like this. Makes me very happy to see something other than a plop. I think I'm going to start taking in more fiber as part of my diet. More fruits, more veggies (even though I'm not a big fan of veggies). I might start back on Metamucil. Everything I've read says your gut microbiome LOVES fiber. And a healthy gut microbiome goes a long way to becoming more healthy overall.

4 June: Wednesday humplunker.

Back to pooing normally. Better than normal--last two days I've taken a healthy dump in the morning and then no more poos for that day. Two weeks ago I was taking five dumps a day. And that SUCKED. Gastro doc (the same one who did my colonoscopy) said it was likely a mild form of food poisoning. But it looks like my guy microbiome is back to normal. Whew. But an exciting poo, but I'll take it. There you go

A note about vitamin D.

I've been supplementing with vitamin D since March, 2020 when the pandemic started. The more I read, the more important I think vitamin D supplementation is. I think most people (in the US, anyway) don't get enough vitamin D because they don't get outside enough--too much time inside, and not enough time in the sun. I am not a doctor, and this is not medical advice. But I think my clean colonoscopy is due, in part, to the fact that I've been supplementing with vitamin D. My readers should think about getting this checked out. Talk to your doctor and get your serum vitamin D level checked. And then consider supplementing with vitamin D. I currently take one small 2000 IU capsule a day. I probably don't need that much, but it was on sale, and that's not nearly enough to be toxic. Think about it. Do some research. Talk to your doctor. Check it out. You could be doing yourself a lot of good.

3 June: frunchgunion.

First regular post-colonoscopy poo. Kind of--globular. Bulbous. So far, no ill effects from the colonoscopy. Poo is getting back to normal. (BTW, the doctor said my prep was excellent.) Looking forward to pooing as usual. That's all we can ask for, right?

2 June: colonoscopy.

Here are the results. All normal, no polyps found. I have internal hemorrhoids, but I already knew I had them. They don't bother me. I didn't even know I had them until my first colonoscopy. Always good to know I don't have colon cancer. I don't have to get another colonoscopy will be in five years. Cheers.

1 June: colonoscopy prep.

First poo after I started prepping for the colonoscopy. It was all liquid after this. That's the worst part of a colonoscopy: prepping for it. You spend a lot of time on the toilet, crapping. Although, not really crapping. It's squeezing fluid out of your ass. And because my colonoscopy wasn't scheduled until 2 pm the next day, I spent most of the next morning on the toilet.

1 June: Sunday blunchfunion.

This poo got me out of bed this morning. Funny pass Go, don't make coffee, go right to the bathroom. What did Dr. Malcom say? "When you gotta go, you gotta go." And this was a LOAD. Bi-colored; I squirted out the dark blob at the bottom toward the end, after the main load was out. This was a substantial load. My pants fit a little better after that load. Good day. Happy June!
