15 September: Thursday clormsterjeem.

Crapped 3 1/2 times on Monday. Last poo was a little squirt right before bed. Not a full crap. My ass was sore after all of the wiping. Bloody sore. Then, I didn't poo at all Tuesday or Wednesday. Thursday, I'm in the office, and I have to poo. It was dark and GUMMY (work poo=bad lighting=annoying glare). Gummy=lots of wiping. And more wiping. And 30 minutes later I get that itchy feeling that means I have to wipe again! Sometimes my sphincter gets just relaxed enough and the poo (that squeezes into my rectum after the BM) is just the right consistency that a tiny bit wriggles through and--viola--I have to wipe again. Sometimes poo can make you crazy. But it's still poo!
