21 Jul: Tuesday double jourtskiffle.

Work/home poo. Pooed in the morning, and then had to poo again later in the afternoon. I walked upstairs and didn't feel quite right. Walked downstairs and realized I had to poo. Again. Both pretty nice poos. Rich, reddish-brown color. Second poo was creamier. All in all, a good poo day.
