31 May: Sunday slurg.

Yesterday was a full cheat day. This was a disappointing poo. Soupy. Gludgy. Meh.

    when you say you have a normal diet... what does that consist of? western food, asian food, pizza?

  3. I'm not sure what I ate that day. Usually if I eat something of note, I'll say so in the blog. I eat western food. I try to keep it low carb to keep my weight down. Stuff like pizza and beer I only eat on Saturdays, which is my cheat day. Sometimes my poo floats, but it usually sinks. It just looks like it floats based on the way it sits int he toilet. When it does float it's probably because there is more air in it. Nor sure.

  4. I do take supplements. I do whey protein powder on days I left weights. On cheat days I take Cissus Quadrangularis, alpha lipoic acid, green tea extract and garlic pills. Otherwisw known as PAGG. It's a fat burner stack.
