18 Jun: Thursday thulge.

So, pooed twice today. Once in the morning, before showering. I pooed again, after I got to work. And I didn't work out at lunch, so I couldn't shower, so I'm STILL not fresh. And the second poo was one of those gassy, farty, burbly poos. Those are fun, but I wish I could have got out all out of my system before I showered this morning.

  1. These along with June 15 look really loose. Did they come out in like 2 seconds? Also, they look like they're completely floating. Do you know why your poop tends to float and be loose? Also, you say your diet is pretty normal but what do you eat on a typical basis? Do you eat a lot of greens? Do you take supplements?

  2. Sometimes they're loose, sometimes they're solid. My turds ALWAYS come out in 2 seconds, which I guess is because they're generally loose.

    I don't know why my turds float, but I suspect they're loose because of my diet. When I go low carb, I crap MUCH less frequently...on average every 3 days. But that's when I'm really low carb. I'm not really low carb now. That's a diet that's very hard to maintain. Now I have a pretty typical American diet. I do eat meat, and don't really try to limit my intake of saturated fat. I don't eat enough fruits and veggies, and not enough greens.

    Yes, I take supplements. See my 20 June comment. I'm also trying to get into the habit of take a 82 mg dose of aspirin because the more I read about that, the more I think it's a good thing.
