30 Mar: Sunday flufflets.

So Saturday was cheat day, and cheat I did. I drank beer, ate pizza, ate Mac and cheese, are donuts and candy. And got a nice, big load this morning. Interestingly, it all seemed to float. The fluffier poo floats (makes sense), and the denser poo sinks to the bottom (in my middle bathroom, the denser poo sinks to the triangle shaped divet at the bottom of the toilet...which you can see in previous pics).

Today's poo was composed of floating flufflets. And the light in that bathroom is very good...really good for catching texture of the poo.

29 Mar: Saturday Finally!

So, I didn't crap Thursday or Friday. Long drought. Like back when I was really low-carbing it. So I cheated, Friday night and drank beer and ate a lot if sugary food. And I was rewarded with a big load this morning.

25 Mar: Tuesday ploof.

So, yesterday was a regular day, but as I've said before, I've been eating more and more carbs on days I'm not supposed to be cheating. Which goes to how difficult it is to maintain a low carb diet in the long term.

So I went to see a movie, and had half a hot dog (in a bun) and popcorn. Lots of carbs. And that resulted in lots of big turds this morning. My loss (and eight gain) is your gain!

24 Mar: Monday loaves!

So, I end up crapping today before I go to work. I had to go almost immediately after my first couple of sips of coffee (the turd below). That's ok. So I'm driving to work, feeling really gassy, like I have to crap again.

I get to work, sure enough, it's a sprint to get to the bathroom. And that results in a could of major farts and a second poo (not pictured--there was somebody in the stall next to me, and I felt a little weird snapping pics of my poo with somebody around. That would have been lame).

I ended up pooping and farting a third time (not pooagenic).

23 Mar: Sunday flogs.

So, yesterday was my regular cheat day. I ate donuts and drank beer. This usually results in a nice solid poo on Sunday. This poo had some nice looks at the bottom, and fluffy loglets floating on top. Interesting combination.

Nice solid post cheat night Saturday poo. Healthy solid poo. This is what I strive for.

19 Mar: Wednesday ploodle.

Pretty typical plop....got anything to say about it?

17 Mar: Monday spit.

Nice solid poo with a point. The old joke goes, "Why are your turds pointed? So your ass doesn't slap shut."

15 Mar: Saturday blort.

Significant Saturday poo. Poo with dangerous curves....

9 Mar: Sunday crook.

Nice solid Sunday poo. 'Nuff said.

27 Feb: Thursday plop.

Standard plop. Any suggestions?
