14 December: Thursday holchemflood.

My last crap was Sunday so this is a four day load. Doesn't SEEM like a four day load. Still crapping every four days or so. There was definitely a hard plug at the beginning of this poo  I had to push though. So my bunghole definitely got a stretch. That's okay--keeps things lively. Not a bad poo pic but sort of, indistinct? Right word? Meh.

      Been like that for two and a half months now, since I started taking Wegovy. I guess you call that constipated. And obviously it's less pictures for the poo blog.
