So, I haven't crapped on Wednesday in a while. I got in my car Wednesday morning to go into the office and got a pretty sharp intestinal cramp. I got on the main road by my house and three minutes later I got another cramp. Those were pretty close together. It's about a 35 minute drive to work. I decided I wouldn't be able to make it to work so I turned around and went back home. And I squirted out this little doodle. No more cramps. Went to work after that. So this is a home poo.
eNjoy.
Hi there. I always come to your site to reassure Im pooping Ok. The thing is I have a very bad obsession with my poo. Seven years a go I started overchecking my toilet after doing my deeds. This happened after I saw a video on YouTube about the color and consistence of poo and the correlation with some illness. Thanks to my health anxiety Im always thinking my poo is bad and that I have some serious ill, I even used to ask my wife to check my poo because I felt it was too dark, too red, bicolored, you name it. Adding my moderate color blindness to this situation its been a very hard time for my mind because Im always thinking the color is bad, but my wife always tell me Im wrong and everything is fine.
ReplyDeleteSo, to ease this stuff I managed to don’t look into the toilet anymore after I poo. I only look at it once in a while, let’s say only once a week so I don´t go crazy. Gladly I found your site and when I poo something that looks bad for me I come here and look for lookalike poo and it rest my mind in peace.
So I’m very lucky I found your site and I greatly appreciate your stuff.
Im sorry about my english. Greetings from Mexico.
Greetings from the USA! Thank you so much for your comment! And no worries about your English--your English is much better than my Spanish, so you're way ahead of me. I'm glad you find this blog helpful. I've always said, poo comes in all shapes and sizes. There.is no one regular poo. Chances are, your poo is perfectly normal. I've had several colonoscopies and I'm fine. If you ever get really worried, go see a doctor. It's no big deal. It isn't something to be ashamed of. Best of luck!
