31 Oct: Saturday, Halloween day brouphle.

So, today is Halloween. And I ate pizza last night...which usually mashes fur a good poo. And this one is pretty nice.

I'll be passing out candy to the kids tonight....something strange we Americans do on Halloween. So I'll probably be eating a lot of candy tonight. Which should make for a great poo tomorrow!

29 Oct: Thursday glimple.

Nice, morning, pre shower poo. A little smaller than normal....because of my late afternoon poo yesterday. Still....nice little poo. I have to go to the dentist today. Wonder how that will affect my poo!

Carbed it up pretty good all weekend. Had a big half pound burger at Fuddrucker's yesterday. It was called the "Hangover." Half pound beef patty, cheese, bacon, and a fried egg. Yum. Made for a pretty good poo, too.

23 Oct: Friday krungle.

So, I didn't crap yesterday. Not a big deal....I've been eating less carbs, which always leads to less poo. Got up this morning, and had a cup of coffee, and felt the old familiar rumblings. So I Crapped and jumped into the shower. Nice little poo. Upstairs bathroom......the pics aren't as good as in the downstairs bathroom.

19 Oct: Monday phlaaapht.

This poo woke me up, about an hour and a half before I normally wake up. Upset stomach....and bowels that were screaming for release. So release I did. And what a splat it is.

20 minutes later I was up again, emptying my bowels. That was just kiwis, so no pic.

18 Oct: Sunday flomp.

So, I didn't crap Friday or Saturday. That's unusual...for me. I was out of town, on business, staying in a hotel. So my feeding habits were different. But still...not crapping for two days?!?

When I finally did poo on Sunday, this was the result. I expected an enormous load. And this is...well, so much. And it's rather grainy. Oh well.

So, my belly was bothering me in the evening on Wednesday. On the drive home, and later. And then before I went to bed, I had to poo...quick like. And this splat was the result.

14 Oct: Wednesday schlopple.

So....I wasn't thinking I was going to crap before I showered today. Drinking coffee beforehand I wasn't feeling it. But as I was brushing my teeth.....yep, you guessed it. I felt the old familiar rumblings. As I finished, I farted, and I knew I was golden. I turned on the shower to get warm, and dat down for a nice poo. Showered and went to work fresh.

11 Oct: Sunday, race day gorgle.

So, I was running a 10 mile road race on Sunday. I woke up at 5 am because I wanted to make sure I pooed BEFORE the race. And it worked. I pooed as soon as I woke up. Not a huge poo. But big enough. I didn't have to poo during the race. Or pee. I didn't have to stop at all to go to the bathroom. My time was one hour 33 minutes.

So...I didn't crap Friday. Carbed it up good last night, and Saturday morning had a nice solid, pooagenic poo. Getting ready for my 10 mile road race tomorrow...gotta clear the pipes!

8 Oct: Thursday thromple.

Thursday poo. Taken at work, in the morning, after my shower. As always, poo pics at work aren't as good. Had to scrub my ass after my workout at lunch. I use one of those poofy, plastic shower scrubbers....the kind you pour liquid soap onto. I LOVE the feel of that on my asshole. Very soothing.

So, I didn't crap Wednesday or Thursday. Not sure why. I woke up in the morning and had a cup of coffee. Got ready to take a shower. Brushing my teeth, and I felt a... stirring. Sat on the throne and pushed out the turd below. This one was work. Usually my turds come flying out of my ass. This one was solid...I had to push it. And push it. And it is splendid.
