21 May: Thursday thrullmp.

Day off today,  but I woke up early anyway. Feeling a little icky...maybe allergies,  and tummy feeling a little queasy. Still, a pretty nice poo.

20 May: Wednesday splork.

Pretty standard pre shower poo.  And all it takes is a cup of coffee to get things going. Went to work fresh.

19 May: 3 slumph Tuesday.

First poo in the morning. I didn't shower before go into work, because I intended to work out right after I got to work. So my stomach was giving me the ole something isn't right, sick kind of feeling. So as soon as I got to the gtm, I pooed again. Not as dramatic as the first poo of the morning.  Then I worked out, and showered and was fresh.

Then I had to poo again after lunch. Almost completely liquid, as third poos usually are. And, of course, I wasn't fresh after that. Oh well. I guess you can't always be fresh.

18 May: Monday 2 poo glurphs.

2 poos today. One poo before I showered in the morning, the second poo, late in the evening, after dinner. Not a lot to the second poo....little baby poolets.

17 May: Sunday 3 poo splorks.

3 poos today. I shouldn't be surprised...yesterday was a full cheat day. That usually makes for a lot of poo the next day.  I took a shower after the first 2, and then had to take another poo after a big lunch!  So...not fresh.

15 May: Friday flufflets.

Had to poo after I got to work, and I didn't work out (and shower) at work, so,  of course, after I pooed, I wasn't fresh. Oh well....you can't always be fresh.

As for the flufflets...you can see the green and red peppers I had in my salad yesterday!

14 May: Thursday flump.

Standard mid week poo. Went to work unshowered. I pooed,  then worked out at the gym at work, and then showered! Yay!  Fresh for the rest of the day.

13 May: Wednesday whelp.

Pretty standard poo plop. Again kinda looks like pulled pork. Yum!

12 May: Tuesday twilk.

Pretty low carb yesterday. Standard low carb poo. Nothing to write home about.

11 May: Monday mungph.

So, I pretty much cheated on Sunday....drank a couple of beers and ate a donut. A lot of carbs. And this morning I had to poo after 2 sips of coffee. Good, because I then immediately took a shower. Nice showering right after a good poo. I can wash my ass, but good. I also peed and blew my nose in the shower. Anybody ever do that?

You can step put of the shower and say, "All tubes blown!" That is of course, if you pooed before showering.

10 May: Sunday Mother's Day poo!

Cheated all day yesterday and drank beer.  Ate lots of carbs, so pooed prodigiously this morning.

9 May: Saturday stalph.

Drank beer last night and ate junk....cheat meal for Friday evening. So this is a pretty standard Saturday morning poo.

8 May: Friday poo soup.

Day off today. Lookin forward to sleeping late....and then my belly wakes me up at 5:30 AM. And it's that stomach pain, have to poo sensation kind of feeling. And poo I did. Not impressive. Belly was kind of burbly all morning. Not a good feeling for a morning off. Ah well. And NOT a pooegenic poo. Oh well. I'll be eating carbs tonight (and drinking  beer) so I'm hoping for a good poo tomorrow morning.

7 May: Thursday thrulge.

Pooed after I got to work and I didn't work out at lunch so I didn't shower to become fresh. Unfresh all day. Sucked. And this was the poo! Sub-par! I almost didn't even take a pic. This one was mostly gas. Sigh.

6 May: Wednesday wedge.

Didn't poo before I went to work. Pooed about an hour AFTER I got to work. These little nuglets. So I wasn't fresh until after lunch, when I showered after working out.

4 May: Monday splorph.

So, I was working all weekend, out of town. Carbed it pretty good all weekend. Had a huge brisket sandwich yesterday for lunch. And this poo is the result. as has been happening lately, I woke up at 5 am, had a cup of coffee, and immediately had to poo. THEN shower. AND fresh going to work. :)

3 May: Sunday glormph.

So, full cheat day yesterday.  Ate pop tarts in the morning,  a huge 5 Guys bacon cheeseburger and fries for lunch,  and drank 4 beers in the evening. And this morning's poo is the result. I'm traveling,  so this is travel poo. The bathroom was dark, so the lighting is off a little.
