25 Mar: Monday blunghole.

So, while Sunday technically is a low carb day, I did have sushi for dinner. Sushi has rice, and rice is loaded with carbs--high glycemic index carbs. So Monday is usually a poo day. And poo I did. Not a bad looking poo...I will say this for a low carb diet, it does make for firmer dumpers.

24 Mar: Sunday schlubbersplud.

So, after two big dumpers yesterday, I didn't know if I'd poo today. But, after a cup of coffee, poo I did. Not a huge dumper, but I still felt better afterward, as I do after all poos. Like I've accomplished something. Eliminated something toxic from my body. Which really is what happens when you poo. Literally, eliminating non wanted shit from your life. Kind of light colored, floating, the knob down at the bottom looks like a fried chicken drumstick.

23 Mar: Saturday glunkerkins.

So, carbed it up Friday night, drank beer and ate Krispy Kreme donuts for dessert. Yum. So I thought Saturday would be a good poo day. And it was busy. Pooed 30 minutes after my first cup of coffee and got the big plop. And then later in the evening, came the giant ploop you see at the bottom. Wasn't expecting it, but got some cramping which felt a little different, and dropped trou to see what happened. After a long, loud fart, the ploop came blurping out. After a couple more splurges, the big gloop was left. Kind of spread over the surface. So I took the picture. Interesting.

22 Mar: Friday floogleblumk.

Didn't poo on Thursday. I expected that, but didn't expect the big poo bomb I got Friday. Serious poo log. Impressive poo. Lighting wasn't perfect, because it was at work, but otherwise, a good effort.

20 Mar: Wednesday wyeglump.

Didn't poo on Tuesday. Tuesday was also notable in that I donated blood in the morning, and then had a VERY rare beer with lunch. That's my habit--I have a beer at lunch when I give blood in the morning. I know I shouldn't, but sometimes I do things I shouldn't do. Can't say I noticed a change in Wednesday's poo after giving blood Tuesday. Pretty standard looking poo. Part of what makes poo brown is discarded blood cells, right? I thought maybe is notice a difference. No such luck.

18 Mar: Monday moodlung.

Beginning of the work week work poo. Even though Sunday is supposed to be a lot carb day, I cheated and ate a lot of carbs. So I wasn't surprised at the Monday poo. Not sure bad poo for a work poo. It's under the surface, but you still get the essence of the log. (You can see the corn from Sunday's Shepard's Pie I ate in celebration of St. Patrick's day. Corn=carbs--one if the reasons I crapped on Monday.)

17 Mar: Sunday floogbrundle.

So, after eating and drinking lots of carbs Friday evening and Saturday, I was expecting another serious poo pile on Sunday. And poo pile is what I got. I big, brown, ooey, gooey pile o' poo. I got as close as I could so you can really get a sense of it's ooey goodness. What I don't do for my readers.

16 Mar: Saturday double frumplebloop.

So, I didn't crap Thursday or Friday. Which is normal when I'm low carbing. So I was reducing substantial poo Saturday. And I got what I was expecting. Massive poo log right after I got up. Second poo pile about two hours later. First poo was impressive. Second poo was gravy.

13 Mar: Wednesday glumperthatch.

Didn't poo yesterday (not surprising considering I crapped three times on Monday) so I was expecting something today. And I got it. Working from home, after two cups of coffee and a monster drink, the old familiar feeling hit me at about 10 am. And I dropped this big brown snake. Nice form, a little darker, nice looking poo.

11 Mar: Monday morglumple.

So, after a crap Friday evening, I didn't crap ALL WEEKEND. Which is strange, because I carbed up big time Friday night, all of Saturday and a cheated a little on Sunday (Fuddrucker's cheeseburger, and California roll from the grocery store). So not crapping all weekend was unusual. So this morning, I was ready for a poo bomb. Day off today, drinking coffee, and I had to go. The result is below. Big, long, smooth, solid poo snake. I used the picture without the flash because it looked a little better.

Second dumper came four hours later and is pictured at the bottom. Actually pooed a third time after the salad bar at Ruby Tuesday but that was poo soup and not pooagenic.

8 Mar: Friday chunkle.

So, I didn't expect to poo Friday. I pooed the day before, and fasted Friday into 6 pm. But at 7 pm, and felt the old familiar rumblings. And poo I did. Came out in a big, black plop. Unexciting and uninsured. This low carb diet hasn't been good for this blog. Oh well. I'm losing weight, so my readers will have to share the burden.

7 Mar: Thursday goopler.

Didn't poo in Wednesday. I'm getting into this poo ever other day routine. But I don't feel stopped up. This poo came after a lunch of middle Eastern food. I got back to work and had to poo BAD. And poo I did, although it's not very exciting. Low carb hasn't been good for poo pics.

5 Mar: Tuesday shfunkle.

Still low carb, still pooping much less than I normally do. Didn't poo Monday. This poo came mid morning, and took a little coaxing. Also different for me. So this is the new normal. The poo sank, and with the overheard fluorescent lighting, the pic isn't spectacular. What can I do?

3 Mar: Sunday cloumpfloog.

Woke up this morning, and pooed not long after my first sip of coffee. The poo sank right to the bottom, so I focused on tight, and cropped the picture differently, more tightly. A little different look.

So, after a three poo Thursday, and no dumper Friday, I suspected Saturday was going to be special. And special it was. Very cool poo pic. No words more need be spoken.

28 Feb: Thursday brumphuddle.

So, I didn't shit Wednesday. I've been low carb lately, and I definitely poo less when I'm lot carb. After a big lunch of huevos ranchero, I went back to work and took the big dump shown in the first pic. Not a good poo pic. Late in the day, after dinner, I had to shit again. And again. I only included the second shit as the third was completely liquid. Busy poo day.

26 Feb: Tuesday quimpledroop.

Unexciting Tuesday work poo. What WAS notable about this poo, was it was the first time since my shoulder surgery, six weeks ago, that I was able to effect my regular, right-arm, wrap-around wipe. Yep, I finally wiped my ass the same I've been wiping for the last 50 years. Hurray.
