29 May: Sunday hangover poo.

Drank a LOT Saturday night. Woke up Sunday, late, hungover as hell. This is hangover poo. But, on the plus side, you can see the corn, from the corn salsa that came with my corn fritters at lunch the day before. This poo came out a little rough...like the day before. No obvious blood though. Anxious to see how Monday's poo comes out.

28 May: Saturday drabagel.

Saturday's poo came out a little rough....like it was a hard poo, and scratching my rectum as it came out. I definitely felt it come out. And you can see what looks like a streak of blood on the poo. I hope this isn't something I need to worry about.

27 May: Friday frapunkle.

Day off Friday...before the long Memorial Day weekend. Started the weekend off with a nice poo. And you can see part of the red pepper from my salad yesterday!

26 May: Thursday jamunkle.

You know how I like to take a poo BEFORE I get into the shower? Right? So I can was my ass and go to work fresh. So guess what happened Thursday morning? I crapped this puppy out right AFTER I got out of the shower. AFTER! (And it isn't even a good pic! It was a sinker, in blue water!)  I got out of the shower, and I had to poo! So, I wiped twice, wiped again with a wet nap, and wiped again with TP. So I went to work relatively fresh. But still...

21 May: Saturday glumphlet.

I crapped yesterday, but I didn't have my phone with me. Not an impressive poo anyway. This morning's poo WAS impressive. Good picture too...usually the case when I crap downstairs.  Last night was cheat with beer and calzone! Calzone poo!

19 May: Thursday double schmorple.

I didn't crap the day before (which sometimes happens) which usually means a really big load, or more than one load, the next day. And that's start happened Thursday. Two loads....one before my shower (yes!) and one after I got to work. :(

The first crap is nicely pointed and segmented....which reminds me of an old joke: Why are your turds pointed? So your ass doesn't slap shut!  Hahaha!

16 May: Monday Moline.

I woke up this morning and had to poo. But luckily, that didn't happen until I got work.  I pooed at the gym, before I worked out! I pooed, worked out, and then showered! Worked out perfectly. Nice and fresh. Still.

15 May: Two Sunday sluffins.

Full cheat day yesterday. Chicken wings and beer. Made for a nice couple poos on Sunday. First poo is a first rate poo.

10 May: Tuesday two poo glurmpum.

Pooed twice on Tuesday. Once at home, before leaving for work. Once at work. Curiously, the home pic (this time) is not the better picture. The poo sank, and pics of poo underneath the water aren't very good. The work poo is mostly above the water. Hence, an inferior poo, but a better pic.

8 May: Sunday slorcum.

Feasted all day yesterday. Yay cheat day. Drank beer after running. Ate pizza and mini cinnamon buns for dessert. Nice mother's day poo this morning.

7 May: Saturday whaumpule.

So, as usual, I fasted yesterday, and fed after 6. Potato chips and chicken wings. And vodka tonics! Good poo Saturday morning.

6 May: Friday fhranle.

Pooed after I got to work. Sigh. Didn't work out at lunch....So un-fresh the rest of the day. Ah well. Can't always be fresh, right?

5 May: 2 broumphle Thursday.

So, I crapped myself empty on Monday. Crapped at least 4 times. Gassy all day. Farted all day. Didn't crap at all Tuesday or Wednesday. Nothing. No poos for two days. So Thursday, I pooed twice. Not stellar, but just enough.

2 May: Two Mung Monday.

So I started of the day with a nice poo. As it turns out, that poo at 0515 wasn't the last one. The commute into work was very gassy. I farted all the way into work. I let some HUGE farts when I got to work. I pooed a couple of times at work--although they were more farts than poo. Still very gassy. One additional poo pic. A couple of poos that weren't pooagenic.

1 May: Sunday frolump.

It's May day. The day after a full cheat day. And I celebrated with a nice poo.

30 Apr: Saturday slorp.

Full cheat day. Although...really, regular days and cheat days are starting to blur together, as I stray father from the slow-carb diet. At this point, a cheat day means I drink beer. Otherwise, I eat and drink as I did before the diet. Luckily...my weight is steady.

Anyway...two nice poos. Healthy poos.

29 Apr: Two frumple Friday.

Pooed before I went to work, before my shower, and then, because I didn't poo the day before, I pooed again. At work.  Didn't work out at lunch, so I was in-fresh the rest of the day. Such is the life of a man with a healthy colon.

27 Apr: Wednesday: blue water, orange poo.

Mid week poo. Pooed before work. Always a good thing. Blue water still makes the poo look a little weird. And not really a spectacular poo. But you can still see red peppers! Mexican food...the meal that keeps on giving!
