Have the day off today, because of the Columbus Day holiday. So woke up a little later than I normally do, had a cup of coffee and watched the news. And about 8 am, a little later than normal, I had a nice, home-based poo. In my favorite bathroom. Felt like a LOT coming out. And not a bad looking poo.
