12 December: Friday clompersnordit.
Pooed two sips into my first cup of coffee. And this is a pretty cool poo. Harder and lighter colored as the beginning, and softer and darker we the end. I guess that's the difference between two meals? I don't know, I just blog about poo and don't actually know how they're formed. I just know poo never ceases to amaze me.
11 December: Thursday booljumpit.
Another big load of poo. The only poo I dropped this day. These what I'm shooting for--one poo a day. Good poo pic. Got different colors going on, and some pretty beefy loaflets. There you go--can't ask for much more than that.

10 December: Wednesday ploobyarbin.
Plooped this out after two sips of coffee after waking. Definitely a beefy poo whilst not being a log. Orange poo and VERY pungent. Yes, I have continued eating yogurt and kimchee and drinking kefir. I hope I'm doing good for my gut microbiome. Ultimately I just want to crap once a day. This was a pretty good looking poo. Good poo pic. We'll keep on trying.

9 December: Tuesday blokersmorton.
Pile of poo. So much for my theory of eating yogurt and kimchee can change your gut microbiome and the way you poop. I the day before I crapped three more times in addition to the big log I dropped in the morning. Hmph. So we're back to piles of poo. Dark green, unexciting. Oh well.

8 December: second Monday wimstedchorker.
So much for not pooing more than one a day. Dropped this about two hours after the first dolp. Still pretty hefty for a second poo. Dark green and PUNGENT. There you go. Hopefully that's it for the day.

8 December: Monday chugglehormton.
Another big log. If you follow this blog, you know this is unusual for me. My turds are usually soft. But I've been eating yogurt and kimchee lately and drinking kefir (Google it). So I've been ingesting a lot more beneficial bacteria. And that has changed my poo. I think for the better. I don't care so much about the logs, but I've only been pooing once a day in the morning, and that's HUGE. And I will admit, the big logs are more pooagenic. So my advice to my readers (and to be clear, I'm not a doctor and this is not medical advice) is, if your BMs are continually soft, or you're pooing multiple times a day, trying getting more beneficial bacteria in your diet. Yogurt, kefir and fermented food like kimchee.

7 December: Sunday harnchenspleeder.
Another serious log poo. I've changed my diet a bit--eating more yogurt and drinking kefir and eating kimchee. All of these foods have beneficial bacteria. I think that's made a difference in my gut health (gut microbiome). What that has meant for me is more solid poos and I've been pooing LESS. For me that's huge. Crapping five times a day is NO BUENO. I think I'm going to keep up the new diet.
