12 December: Friday clompersnordit.
Pooed two sips into my first cup of coffee. And this is a pretty cool poo. Harder and lighter colored as the beginning, and softer and darker we the end. I guess that's the difference between two meals? I don't know, I just blog about poo and don't actually know how they're formed. I just know poo never ceases to amaze me.
11 December: Thursday booljumpit.
Another big load of poo. The only poo I dropped this day. These what I'm shooting for--one poo a day. Good poo pic. Got different colors going on, and some pretty beefy loaflets. There you go--can't ask for much more than that.

10 December: Wednesday ploobyarbin.
Plooped this out after two sips of coffee after waking. Definitely a beefy poo whilst not being a log. Orange poo and VERY pungent. Yes, I have continued eating yogurt and kimchee and drinking kefir. I hope I'm doing good for my gut microbiome. Ultimately I just want to crap once a day. This was a pretty good looking poo. Good poo pic. We'll keep on trying.

9 December: Tuesday blokersmorton.
Pile of poo. So much for my theory of eating yogurt and kimchee can change your gut microbiome and the way you poop. I the day before I crapped three more times in addition to the big log I dropped in the morning. Hmph. So we're back to piles of poo. Dark green, unexciting. Oh well.

So much for not pooing more than one a day. Dropped this about two hours after the first dolp. Still pretty hefty for a second poo. Dark green and PUNGENT. There you go. Hopefully that's it for the day.

8 December: Monday chugglehormton.
Another big log. If you follow this blog, you know this is unusual for me. My turds are usually soft. But I've been eating yogurt and kimchee lately and drinking kefir (Google it). So I've been ingesting a lot more beneficial bacteria. And that has changed my poo. I think for the better. I don't care so much about the logs, but I've only been pooing once a day in the morning, and that's HUGE. And I will admit, the big logs are more pooagenic. So my advice to my readers (and to be clear, I'm not a doctor and this is not medical advice) is, if your BMs are continually soft, or you're pooing multiple times a day, trying getting more beneficial bacteria in your diet. Yogurt, kefir and fermented food like kimchee.

7 December: Sunday harnchenspleeder.
Another serious log poo. I've changed my diet a bit--eating more yogurt and drinking kefir and eating kimchee. All of these foods have beneficial bacteria. I think that's made a difference in my gut health (gut microbiome). What that has meant for me is more solid poos and I've been pooing LESS. For me that's huge. Crapping five times a day is NO BUENO. I think I'm going to keep up the new diet.

Dropped this soon after waking. This one was an ass-ripper--I really had to push. Which is rare for me. Hard stool. I was editing blood on the TP. Clearly bi-colored. Very interesting and serious poo. I just wish it wasn't so uncomfortable squeezing out of my bunghole. Hey, poo is poo.

This poo got me out of bed, about 7:30 am. I felt an intestinal cramp. I turned over, and it got worse. So I got out of bed and went to the bathroom. Pissed first. Pushed and got a long, loud fart. Pushed again and got this little plopper. First the plug, then the ploot. Still poo.

29 November: Saturday chanklezorm.
Dropped this soon after waking. This was a load. I've been eating a LOT lately--a lot of turkey, stuffing, mashed potatoes and apple pie. So this poo is a result of that eating. This was post-Thanksgiving poo I was expecting Friday. Couple of different colors, always fun. Big, meaty chunkles. Good poo pic. This works.

27 November: Thursday McPlobblecorpse.
Thanksgiving Day pre-poo. Dropped this mid-day, before the big Thanksgiving meal. I knew this would be substantial as I squeezed it out of my bunghole. Long, pointy turds. And you can still see the corn from the chicken bowl I had a couple of days before. Corn poo is always fun!

23 November: Sunday bermensplivet.
I woke up at about 9:30 this morning and immediately had to poo. Before coffee, before anything else. Do not pass Go, go right into the bathroom. As I started to squeeze this out of my bunghole, I knew it was going to be a significant poo. And here you go. Big, fat poo log. A lot better than the splats I've been publishing lately. And this was a hard poo, so, not a lot of wiping. This is about as good as my poo gets. You're welcome.

Poos are getting back to normal. I hope. Another beefier poo. Chunkier. Medium consistency, so a lot of wiping was involved. But a bad looking poo--in an Airbnb, so this is Airbnb poo. Not bad to finish out the week.

15 November: Saturday porchenchibex.
This poo guy me out of bed, about 8:30 am. I thought it was going to be bigger because of the minimal poo day the day before. You can still see a nugget of corn! Man that corn hangs out for a while! Not a bad looking poo, to include the ghost poo top rear.

Wanted to poo before I went out for lunch Friday, so I pushed out a poo. Didn't really have to poo, but I wanted to make a little run for lunch, so I hacked away until I got a squirt. Meh. Smallish. But you can still see some residual corn! And corn poo is always fun! There you go!

Went out for a walk late afternoon and I hadn't pooed yet. That was a mistake. I had to cut my walk my walk short and crab walk home to avoid shitting my pants. I made it. Barely. Didn't poo the day before. I feel like I had one brewing, but I never pushed it and it never became urgent. So this is a two day load. And what a load it is. Serious log. Uniform in consistency and color. Nice looking poo. I do like dropping these logs once in a while.

Another splortle of poo. This poo is a little chunkier than poos I dropped earlier in the week. But not a bad looking poo. This poo is definitely glunchy. I see a slight color difference between the harder poo on bottom and softer poo on top. Poo never ceases to amaze.
