Another serious log poo. I've changed my diet a bit--eating more yogurt and drinking kefir and eating kimchee. All of these foods have beneficial bacteria. I think that's made a difference in my gut health (gut microbiome). What that has meant for me is more solid poos and I've been pooing LESS. For me that's huge. Crapping five times a day is NO BUENO. I think I'm going to keep up the new diet.
