Do you think I’m over worrying about this? I see you post your pics as everything ok. I suffer from health anxiety and this makes my head fly over im very sick. I apreciate your answer. Hi there. Poo comes in all sizes, shapes and colors. You can Google "healthy bowel movements" and find out what's normal. The only time I was really worried was when I saw bright blood in my poo. I then went to my gastrointerologist and he did a colonoscopy and determined it was hemorrhoids. Bottom line, if you're worried, go see your doctor.
