26 Feb: Nice Friday frickle.
Woke up at 3:30 in the morning and couldn't get back to sleep. Had an early cup of coffee and brewed up a nice poo. Pooed before showering so started off the day well!

25 Feb: Thursday thwarple.
So....I hadn't crapped in two days. And unfortunately I didn't crap before showering and going to work Thursday. And I knew it was coming. Sure enough, just as I was pulling into the parking lot at work, I got the familiar stirrings. I dropped my stuff at my desk and just barely got to the bathroom before dropping this poo. Very big load.

So, yesterday was the perfect poo day. I woke up, had a cup of coffee, and went to the bathroom. As I was brushing my teeth, I had to poo. I pood and then jumped in the shower. So I went to work fresh.
