13 Oct: Monday post race, post cheat day splurge.

And here we have nice post cheat day poo. Yes, because I ran in the army 10 miler yesterday, I decided to cheat. So I'm a little sore this morning, but I still I nice crap. Can you see the raw oysters I ate last night. I can't, but if you can let me know.

12 Oct: Sunday pre race poo.

So, I ran in the Army 10 miler yesterday. That's 10 MILES. It was VERY important that I crap BEFORE I ran in the race. I woke up at 6 am, the race was at 8 am. And I don't like to drink coffee before I run that distance it causes me to have to piss during the race. But coffee is what I usually use to inspire a crap. Luckily, I crapped right after I woke up. And a lovely crap it is.
