22 NOV, Thursday: Thanksgiving Day Poo!

So here it is. I ate a lot last night, but stayed low-carb. Except for the rum-and-cokes. Ha! And below is what I unloaded Thanksgiving morning. whew. I felt like I was crapping for 5 minutes. Serious poo log.  THIS is what I work for.

And this is what I know you, my fans, are looking for.

19 NOV, Monday: Poo Blur!

So I'm at work, an sitting on a toilet that automatically flushes when you stand up. So I have grab the poo pic fast. So Monday, I stood up, and snapped the picture. But I was on such a hurry to take the pic, the camera moved and the image is blurred. And I couldn't take another picture because the toilet flushed!

18 NOV, Sunday: Regular Sunday poo

I always expect bigger poos on Sunday because Saturday is cheat day and I eat like a horse--including lots of carbs. But that isn't usually the case. Because I cheat Friday evening, that loosens up a big load for Friday morning. I usually crap twice in rapid succession Saturday morning. I guess that deosn't leave as much for Sunday morning.

Oh well. Here it is--standard, smallish, soft Sunday poo loglets. <sigh>

21 NOV, Wednesday: Serious Pre-Thanksgiving Poo

So, I've been eating more carbs. Not seriously cheating, like on cheat day, But when I go out to eat, I'll sme bread and maybe a little bit of potatoes. I haven't noticed any real weight gain, but I have been  crapping more regularly. As I've said before, being on a low-carb diet, for me, means crapping MUCH less regularly.

So Wednesday was a surprise. Several big fat poo logs. (I did drink a couple of bloody-Marys last night, so maybe that had something to do with it.)

15 NOV: Big Fat Thursday Poo Log!

Ok--I've been fasting during the day for the last two days--nothing to eat (and no calories via drink) before 5 PM. Haven't crapped since Tuesday. And about an hour after I woke up this morning I crapped this big fat log. Could be because I ate a small helping of rice with my fish last night.

I wish I could crap like this every day. Maybe I'll go back to a high-carb diet. <sigh>

Alternate view! And another poo blog!

So, the picture below represents my normal view when I'm crapping at home. This is what I'm contemplating when I'm taking a poo.



As it turns out, there are other poo blogs out there! I wasn't the first one with this idea. A woman who says she's a real estate agent in NYC started a poo blog in 2005. As far as I can tell, she hasn't posted since 2005 and many of her pictures are broken.

Another guy blogs (also with Blogspot) his daily poo. He hasn't posted since DEC 2011. But his pics DO work and he has some pretty impressive loads.

12 NOV: Hefty Monday poo!

So, it's the endof a 3-day weekend. I have off today for Veteran's Day. And I've been carbing it up pretty good all weekend. Saturday was cheat day, but I also cheated yesterday (Sunday) a bit. We went to Outback Steakhouse and I ate part of Bloomin' Onion and a couple of small slices of bread. I also drank vodka last night.



And this all resulted a pretty hefty Monday poo.

11 NOV: Sunday, Serious Post Cheat-Day Poo!

Ok, so I cheated Friday night and Saturday and ate lots of carbs. Crapped twice yesteday. And took a serious poo today. Big, solid load.

10 NOV: Second Saturday poo!

Ok, as I've said before, oftentimes on Saturday I'll take two poos. Comes from not crapping as regularly during the week when I'm low-carbing it. Then I'll cheat big-time Friday evening, and have a full load ready to go on Saturday.

So I took a big crap this morning, and you saw it on my previous post. A lot of the time, I'll crap again a couple of hours later. Today it didn't quite work like that. I had a light lunch, before my 5 mile run, and it didn't feeel like I'd be crapping again any time soon. As I was ttying up my running shoes, I felt the familiar stirring in my bowels. I grabbed my smartphone, went to the bathroom and dropped the imressive load you see blow.

I'm just glad it happened BEFORE my run. As any runner will attest, it's very uncomfortable when you have to take a bug crap DURING the run. That happened to me recently. But that's a tale for another time.

10 NOV: Standard Saturday poo.

Ok, I fasted yesterday until 7 and then I cheated. Had pizza and beer. Hadn't crapped since Wednesday, so I had a pretty big load brewing.

Sure enough, I wokw up at 7 and immediately dropped a big load. A little darker than my usual poos, and etter-formed. More of a log than loglets. Nice poo--very satisfying.

5 NOV: Monday poo

So here we are with a pretty average Monday poo. Not much to say. I usually end up consuming more carbs on Sunday as a consequence of consuming more carbs on Saturday, which is cheat day. So I've been getting a usual Monday poo.

Not much else to say. I am going out of town on business and I'm anxious to see how the traveling effects my poo. When I travel, I consume more carbs, so I usually end up crapping more. We'll see.

4 NOV: Standard Sunday poo

So, another standard Sunday, post cheat-day poo. Not a lot to say. Pretty hefty poo load. These bad boys usually wake me up in the morning. When you gotta go, you gotta go!

3 NOV: Another Two-Poo Saturday!

So, I crapped yesterday, Friday, but didnt get a picture. To all my fans: I'm sorry. It was an oversight. Usually on Friday I have to drink a small glass of saltwater to the poo going. And I di this right before I work out. I weigh myself when I get back from the workout. That way when I do weigh in, I'm minus the poo and the water.

Saturday was another 2 poo event. As usual, when I cheat Friday evening (and I did) I have big loads ready to go Saturday morning. Ha! So here they are--the scond load came an hour and a half after the first. Fun, fun, fun! First poo is on bottom.

31 OCT: Halloween poo!

Happy Halloween!

So, here it is mid-week, and I'm still crapping. It could mean that my carb intake is higher than I realize. I have been consuming more carbs in the last month--more bread, more dairy, more pasta. What that means is that I'm crapping more regularly. Hopefully that doesn't mean I will start to gain weight. So far, so good.

So, this pic is a but blurry. I took it at work. At work, we have automatically flushing toliets. There is a little sensor on the toilet, sowhen you stand up, it changes the light that goes into the sensor, and the toilet flushes. So whn I'm at work, I have to have the cell phone ready to go. It is a rushed affair--as you can se from the pic.
